The All-Star coaching assignments are determined by which teams have the best records in each conference through February 3, and Denver (37-15) clinched the tiebreaker over Golden State (also 37-15) by having a better record against Western Conference opponents. The two team rosters for the 68th annual NBA All-Star Game will be revealed on TNT on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. MST.
